Ordering Online

Presently we only supply the UK mainland, and accept payments in GBP £ Sterling via our secure payment gateway 24 hours a day. You can also call us between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to friday and pay via credit or debit card over the phone.

Once payment has been confirmed you will receive an order and payment confirmation email which will show the details of your items purchased.

Delivery

Delivery times vary for both the indoor and outdoor collections.

The Rattan Craft Collection (indoor furniture) delivery times is between 21 - 28 days max.

The Skyline Design Collection (outdoor furniture) delivery times can be from 10 to 12 weeks. However there maybe some items which can be delivered sooner so it is worth emailing us on sales@canefurniturestore.co.uk or calling us on 01939 290537 to confirm before you place your order.

Returns

No claims or returns will be accepted more than 10 days after dispatch of goods or signed delivery note. No claims due to breakage or damages will be accepted after 10 days of dispatch or receipt of signed goods. Subsequent returns under acceptance of Kingsway Cane Furniture Ltd shall be subject to a 15% surcharge of value of goods, plus any transportation cost that may arise.
